Refund Policy

A full refund is given by the same method of receipt of payment whereby 24 hours or more notice is given of cancelling a session. If cancellation occurs within the 24 hours, the client will be charged 50% of the cost of the session unless otherwise authorised by Simone Johnson Intuitive Therapies.
